Movie Star Potatoes
Organic red new potatoes splashed with garlic and herbs. Cooked for several hours until they are stars!
Baked Asparagus
Asparagus cooked the Italian way, baked in the oven with kosher salt and herbs.
Stir-Fried Vegetables
Fresh beans, peppers, mushrooms, and back sesame seeds. Tossed with a little heat (Thai pepper)!
Mini Ravioli (Available Vegan!)
Tender ravioli served room temperature tossed in pesto, thai pepper sauce, feta and greek olives, and more! (Ravioli can be made vegan)
Three Cheese Fondue
Italian cheeses and cream cheese, peppered with spices. A real crowd pleaser! Lovely baguettes to compliment the fondue!
Salmon
Fresh squeezed lemon, lime, and rosemary are added to fresh salmon and baked to perfection! We can also use dill and tarragon if you like!
Cranberry Meatballs
We spend hours and hours making these tiny meatballs, but they taste so much better that way!
Oregon's Fresh Fruit
We skewer the fruit and put it in a basket like lovely flowers.
Strawberries Dipped in Chocolate
Painted with a white chocolate design (for our vegans we use chocolate on chocolate). We can also do this with cherries and pineapple.
